Responsibilities include:

- Providing outstanding service to our customers
- Communicating well with clients through a collaborative design process
- Maintaining a clean, organized workroom, and a welcoming orderly showroom
- Properly and carefully handling customer art
- Working with a variety of materials to mount, display, and preserve customers' art and keepsakes.
- Performing production duties, including cutting, fitting, handling and related framing techniques.
- Assisting with specific housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash and cleaning bathrooms.
- Maintaining Social Media Platforms with high quality content regularly
- Updating and refreshing inventory in the showroom and on our sale site
- Making sure that website sales are packaged and shipped in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with artistic projects, woodworking, and sewing, preferred.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently.
- Willingness to accept teaching and guidance from other staff.
- Must be incredibly detail oriented.
- Ability to operate a glass cutter and matter cutter in the framing process.
- Possess interpersonal skills necessary to work productively with Individuals with a wide array of internal and external customers.
- Extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Must be competent and comfortable with basic office systems including computers, phones, and printers.

Working Conditions:

- Ability to perform all store level functions.
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, using stairs, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
- Must be comfortable working with power tools and sharp blades, including saws, mat cutter, and glass cutter
- Must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday a month
